AyurNava · Noida, Sector 20
Panchakarma treatment in Noida at AyurNava follows the classical Kerala method: a doctor-led programme that prepares your body, gently clears built-up toxins (ama) and then helps you rebuild strength.
Our Noida clinic is at E-141, Sector 20, close to the Sector 18 market, so it's easy to reach from most central Noida sectors. In addition, Kerala-trained therapists carry out the treatments, using genuine Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala medicines.
Busy workdays, late dinners, screens and stress slowly throw digestion, sleep and energy off balance. Panchakarma is Ayurveda's way of resetting that balance. It isn't a spa package. Instead, it's a medical programme planned by a BAMS doctor after a detailed consultation, and adjusted day by day as your body responds.
In short: Panchakarma treatment in Noida at AyurNava is a doctor-supervised Kerala Ayurveda detox programme, usually 7, 14 or 21 days long. Our Noida clinic is at E-141, Sector 20, close to Sector 18 and is open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM. Treatment starts with a BAMS doctor consultation, and the cost is shared after that consultation.

The word Panchakarma (also spelled Panchkarma) means "five actions". It refers to the five purification procedures described in classical Ayurveda. You won't usually have all five. Your doctor selects what you need based on your constitution (Prakriti), your current imbalance (Vikriti) and your health history.
Vamana
What it involves: Herbal medicines are given to induce therapeutic vomiting under a doctor's watch, after several days of oil and steam preparation.
Especially useful for: Heaviness, mucus build-up, allergic tendencies and certain Kapha-related skin conditions.
Virechana
What it involves: A doctor-guided purgation that flushes the digestive tract using herbal formulations.
Especially useful for: Hyperacidity, inflammatory skin problems and Pitta-related digestive complaints.
Basti (Sneha / Anuvasana Basti)
What it involves: Ayurveda's main therapy for Vata: a planned series of oil-based (Anuvasana) and decoction-based enemas.
Especially useful for: Chronic back and joint pain, bloating, constipation and nervous system complaints.
Nasya (Nasyam)
What it involves: Medicine given through the nose, considered the gateway to the head in Ayurveda, after facial massage and steam.
Especially useful for: Sinusitis, frequent headaches, migraine and nasal congestion.
Raktamokshana
What it involves: A traditional blood-purification procedure, done in controlled amounts and sometimes using leeches.
Especially useful for: Selected skin disorders and areas of local inflammation.
People in Noida come to us for two broad reasons: to manage a long-standing health problem, or to detox and rejuvenate before small problems become big ones. In particular, Panchakarma is commonly recommended for:
Results differ from person to person. Still, these are the changes Noida patients most often notice once their programme is complete.
Settled Stomach
Fewer acidity and bloating episodes, and a steadier appetite.
Restful Nights
Therapies such as Shirodhara help quieten a busy mind.
Relief from Stiffness
Basti and oil therapies help long-standing back and joint pain.
Steadier Energy
Better digestion and sleep often mean fewer afternoon slumps.
Healthier Skin
Cleansing therapies support people with eczema, psoriasis and acne.
Lasting Habits
A practical diet and routine plan for after the programme.
Of course, results vary from person to person. That's why your doctor will tell you what's realistic for your condition at the first consultation.
However, Panchakarma isn't right for everyone at every time. For example, your doctor may postpone or change your plan if you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, have an acute fever or infection, feel very weak, or have certain heart conditions. That's why every programme starts with a consultation, and why you should never stop prescribed medicines without talking to your doctor.
Panchakarma therapy in Noida at AyurNava combines the main cleansing procedures with supporting Kerala therapies. These help loosen toxins, settle the nervous system and prepare the body for the main treatment.
Abhyanga
Rhythmic full-body massage with medicated oil that softens tissues, relaxes muscles and starts loosening toxins.
Swedana (Herbal Steam)
Medicated steam that warms the body and helps toxins loosened by massage travel to the gut.
Shirodhara
A continuous flow of warm medicated oil over the forehead that calms the mind and supports better sleep. Read more about Shirodhara
Netra Tarpana
Eyes are bathed in warm medicated ghee held inside a small dough ring. Helpful for dryness and fatigue.
Janu Basti
Targeted oil therapy for the knee joint: warm oil is held in place over the knee to relieve knee pain and stiffness. The same idea is used for the lower back (Kati Basti) and neck (Greeva Basti).
Udvartanam
An energising massage with dry herbal powders that stimulates circulation and is commonly used in weight-loss programmes.
Panchakarma treatment in Noida at AyurNava always follows the three classical stages of preparation, cleansing and recovery, and your doctor supervises each one.
A 7-day programme is how most people begin Panchakarma treatment in Noida, especially working professionals. Below is what a usual week involves. Of course, your doctor will adjust it for you.
Generally, programmes run for 7, 14 or 21 days. However, your doctor will recommend the length that fits your condition. Because every plan is different, the cost is discussed only after your doctor consultation.
| Programme | Best suited to |
|---|---|
| 7 days | First-timers, a seasonal detox, stress and sleep problems |
| 14 days | Most long-standing pain, digestive and skin conditions |
| 21 days | Chronic or complex conditions and deep rejuvenation |

Panchakarma is Ayurveda's five-part cleansing therapy: Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana. A doctor chooses the procedures that suit your body type and condition, with a preparation stage before and a recovery diet after.
Classical Ayurveda links some procedures to seasons, for example Vamana in spring, Virechana in autumn and Basti during the monsoon. In practice, Panchakarma can be done at any time of year when your doctor finds it suitable, and the procedures are chosen to match the season.
Often, yes. Your doctor chooses gentler procedures and adjusts the length and intensity to suit your age, strength and any health conditions. That's why every programme starts with a detailed consultation.
Every Panchakarma plan is different, so we don't quote a fixed price. Instead, the cost depends on which procedures your doctor recommends and for how many days, and it is shared with you only after your doctor consultation.
Call our Noida clinic on +91 92057 22500 or use the booking form on our website. Your first visit is a doctor consultation, after which your Panchakarma plan and its cost are explained to you.
Our 7-day programme starts with a doctor's consultation and includes daily supporting therapies such as Abhyanga and herbal steam, one main cleansing procedure chosen by your doctor, and a diet and routine plan to follow at home. Of course, your doctor adjusts the plan to suit you.
Most people need 7 to 21 days. A seasonal detox or stress programme can be done in about a week, while long-standing problems like arthritis, psoriasis or chronic back pain usually need 14 to 21 days. Overall, your doctor will recommend the right length after examining you.
On most days, yes. Many patients do light desk work around their sessions during the preparation stage. However, on the main cleansing days your doctor will ask you to rest at home and avoid travel, late nights and heavy exercise.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little oily, and bring a change of clothes. Therapy oils can mark fabric, so avoid anything delicate on treatment days.
Generally, many people sleep better and feel lighter within the first week. For long-standing conditions, improvement is usually gradual and keeps building in the weeks after the programme, especially if you follow the diet and routine your doctor gives you.
For a few days after the programme, avoid heavy, fried and cold food, alcohol, late nights, strenuous exercise and long travel. Return to your normal diet gradually, as your doctor advises, so your digestion stays strong.
To begin with, you have a simple consultation. After that, our doctor will tell you honestly whether Panchakarma is right for you, how long it will take and what it will cost.
